Norwalk Little League and All-American Baseball Training are offering a Winter Pitching Workout for all Norwalk Little League Players.

In these sessions we will work on training to prepare them for their upcoming Spring Season.  Focusing on Pitching and Throwing Mechanics.
Using Tom Houses’s training methodology from the National Pitching Association, players pitching and throwing mechanics will be broken down and analyzed using video to show their strengths and deficiencies.

Please have players properly equipped for training.

Space for these sessions will be limited. If interested, please respond promptly to ensure a position.
